Community Involvement:
The Arkansas School for Math, Science, and the Arts, and the Hot Springs
R/C Flying Club
teamed together Aug.-May., 2012 to provide a weekly extracurricular school activity
introducing interested students to the principles of flight and general aviation, which culminated in the actual construction
and flight of a radio controlled aircraft by participating students and flying club members.
This was a first time event which will continue again in 2013.
